Assistant Content Designer - EA SPORTS™ NHL

We are seeking an Assistant Content Designer to join the EA SPORTS NHL team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Assistant Content Designer, you will work closely with the production and design team to identify and create live content that EA Sports customers desire.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the NHL Live Team to develop and execute the live content plan
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality live content, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Translate real-world events into live content ideas and plans, often at short notice
• Define goals and opportunities for live content based on Key Performance Indicators
• Work with NHL producers to understand targets and priority changes
• Communicate progress and quality effectively with the NHL team
• Foster strong relationships with other groups, such as Marketing and QA
• Contribute to team morale and promote positive working relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in game design and/or production, preferably with live service experience
• Strong knowledge of hockey and a genuine passion for the sport
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate real-world hockey events
