Plumbing Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced plumber to join our team as a Plumbing Service Technician. As a technician, you will diagnose problems, make quality repairs, communicate with customers, and take pride in doing the job right.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing service, repairs, replacements, and installations
• Work on water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, piping, drains, and other plumbing systems
• Identify the cause of plumbing issues and recommend the best solution
• Present repair and replacement options clearly to customers
• Complete estimates, invoices, and job documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and tools
• Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards
• Provide excellent customer service on every call

Requirements:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and installations
• Ability to communicate options and recommendations to homeowners
• Comfortable working independently in customers' homes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Applicable plumbing license preferred or required based on local regulations
• Experience with Service Titan heavily preferred
