Producer - EA SPORTS F1

The Producer (EA SPORTS F1) runs end-to-end production of marketing, motion, and design assets to guide visual campaigns for the global racing franchise.

Responsibilities:

• Organise asset production and delivery to meet campaign milestones.
• Build and manage detailed schedules and tracking tools (Airtable and Asana).
• Lead asset discussions with senior partners across brand, dev, comms, and craft.
• Translate feedback from Creative/Brand Leads and racing licensors into clear steps.
• Manage resource sourcing, including music licensing and brand approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Legal, rating board, and Localisation delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal craft teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading creative production in gaming, creative agencies, or sports entertainment.
• Experience managing full-cycle creative campaigns.
• Direct experience onboarding and collaborating with external creative vendors.
• Hands-on experience with production schedules and tracking pipelines.
• Ability to navigate brand guidelines and coordinate asset reviews.
• Collaborative approach with complex project management skills.
• Keen personal interest in sports, particularly Formula 1 and motorsport culture.
