Project Coordinator for Tool and Plant Construction

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our tool and plant construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing project milestones, and ensuring quality requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with suppliers for complex vehicle projects in tool and plant construction
• Support planning, control, and implementation of project-specific quality requirements
• Coordinate quality-related activities between customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitor and track project milestones for deadlines, quality, and implementation
• Identify deviations in project progress and initiate suitable measures
• Document acceptance results, open points, and measures to ensure project goals
• Support stable project start-up and quality implementation
• Act as an interface between customers, suppliers, tool construction, plant construction, quality, and other specialist departments

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field (at least 3 years)
• Additional technical training (at least 2 years), e.g., as an engineer or completed bachelor's degree (3 years)
• Initial experience in project management, ideally in a technical or automotive environment
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines, milestones, and measures
• Technical understanding and experience in quality, supplier, or procurement management desirable
• Excellent English language skills and proficiency in common office and project management applications
• Knowledge of BeOn, TeVon, SAP, PiWeb, or CAQ is beneficial
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
• Willingness to work on international projects and travel for business
