Sales & Marketing Specialist (Musketeer) - with Distribution Partner - Philippines, Cebu

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist (Musketeer) with Red Bull's distribution partner in the Philippines, you will drive sales and marketing efforts in Cebu.

Your main goal will be to gain new customers, secure the availability and visibility of Red Bull products, and grow sales volume in your assigned area.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners across Cebu
• Building a strong network with decision-makers in the On Premise environment, such as bars, restaurants, events, clubs, and hospitality
• Developing and executing measures to intensify consumption in existing On Premise locations and identifying opportunities to win and activate Key Accounts in new On Premise locations
• Negotiating win-win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull's business and the customer's business

Requirements:

• Sales and marketing experience preferred
• Previous experience working in the hospitality, night-life, and/or FMCG industry preferred
• Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur
• Street smart with a good understanding of the local market in Cebu
• Self-aware and able to adapt communication and presentation styles
• Basic working knowledge of iOS and MS Office
• University degree preferred
• Fluent English and Cebuano
