We are seeking a skilled Barkeeper to join our team at Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Austria.
About the Role: As a Barkeeper at Red Bull Hangar-7, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international guests, mixing cocktails and classic bar drinks, preparing daily mise en place for smooth bar operations, supporting the bar team, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and care to our international guests
- Mix cocktails and classic bar drinks
- Prepare daily mise en place for efficient bar operations
- Support the bar team
- Maintain high hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Completed hospitality training
- Professional experience, preferably in a high-end bar scene
- Minimum age 21
- Excellent product and specialist knowledge
- Well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanour
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility, reliability, and resilience
- Proficiency in German and English
