Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Caterham, East Grinstead and surrounding areas.
As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs. You will consult and engage with customers and leaseholders, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Your main duties will include:
- Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality standards
- Undertaking building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks
- Carrying out major void inspections and ensuring work is completed in line with KPIs
- Making recommendations based on survey findings
Requirements:
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3
- Membership of a relevant professional body, e.g., RICS or CIOB
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £34,869 to £47,945 per annum nationally, or £37,854 to £52,051 per annum in London, with 36 hours per week contract.
