Description
We are seeking a Quality Control (Lab Analyst) to join our team in Imaichi, Japan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the safety environment of the laboratory, reducing EHS incidents and observations, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Improving laboratory safety and reducing EHS incidents
- Proposing improvements and strategies to enhance EHS compliance
- Conducting testing and ensuring data integrity
- Leading improvement projects and promoting effective testing
- Carrying out laboratory-related tasks, such as LSOP/WI revision and equipment inspection
- Responding to regulatory audits and inspections
Requirements:
- University degree or higher in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, engineering, or agriculture
- Over 3 years of experience in quality control
- Knowledge of GMP, QMS, regulatory, and EHS
- Analytical equipment and CSV knowledge
- Data integrity and analytical technology knowledge
- Proactive communication skills
- English language proficiency (reading, email, daily conversation)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical factory
- Master degree or higher in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, engineering, or agriculture
- Knowledge of SAP production management systems
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Continuous improvement knowledge and motivation
