Musketeer Scout

We are seeking a Musketeer Scout to represent Red Bull as a business and marketing consultant, focusing on the Catering and Casinos/Cafeterias channel. The successful candidate will develop new clients and strengthen existing accounts, driving sales growth and brand positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, and influencers.
• Promote the Red Bull brand and strengthen its market presence.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and channel developments.
• Lead commercial and marketing activities in the On Premise channel within your territory.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth.
• Foster relationships with current clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice to clients to support their development.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
• Develop creative marketing plans to maintain Red Bull's leadership in the On Premise channel.

Requirements:

• Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or similar degree.
• Desirable experience in the beverage, catering, gastronomy, hospitality, marketing, or sales industries.
• Driving license required, as this is a field-based role covering the Viña del Mar, La Serena, and Copiapó areas.
• 70-80% travel required.
