Manager, Strategic Intelligence

Electronic Arts creates higher-end entertainment experiences, inspiring players and fans worldwide. The Strategy team at EA shapes the company's long-term direction and helps leadership navigate the rapidly evolving entertainment and technology landscape.

The Strategic Intelligence team builds a deep understanding of the market and how EA can capture value within it. We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Intelligence to lead high-priority work on major strategy initiatives. This is an individual contributor role with significant senior exposure and a high degree of independence.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Strategic Intelligence in central enterprise initiatives and own high-priority projects and workstreams end to end
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the entertainment market, including competitive performance, platform and ecosystem dynamics, monetization models, consumer behavior, and adjacent movements across media and technology
• Identify opportunities emerging in the market that EA is positioned to capture and frame them clearly to inform where the company invests
• Help shape the cadence and sequencing of the intelligence team's output, ensuring the right insight reaches the right audiences
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans of work, tightly scoped and sequenced to land when decisions are being made
• Develop concise, executive-ready materials that lead with the answer, mobilizing the inputs a project requires across central functions
• Present directly to senior audiences, including Strategy leadership, central function leaders, and studio executives

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, product management, management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable analytical role
• Exceptional structured problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical fluency, including advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL
• Comfort and fluency with AI tools and genuine interest in applying emerging technologies
• Passion for interactive entertainment, innovation, and building enduring franchises
