The CFO organisation at EA consists of a broad group of finance disciplines. The common goal is partnership with business teams, delivering strategies, and providing players with amazing experiences.
As a Senior Director, Finance - Central EA Studios, you will lead business support for central EA Studios organisations. You will serve as an embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses & teams and an experienced leader in the Global Finance organisation.
Responsibilities: You will partner with senior leaders across the business to support all financial elements associated with the successful strategy execution of central EA Studios organisations. This includes Central Development Partners (CDP), Central Technology, and TRACAB. Additionally, this role will own consolidated EA Studios planning & reporting, portfolio & performance management, and investment prioritisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner closely with studio and finance leaders to drive the business and ongoing value creation & profitable growth.
- Manage the holistic health of EA Studio businesses, including full P&L responsibility.
- Lead the financial planning process, including long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles.
- Manage recurring enterprise processes, including title planning, investment prioritisation & gating, and management reporting.
- Drive regular communications with President / Chief Studios Officer, COO EA Studios, and broader EA Studio Leadership Team.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in senior-level roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience utilising AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics, and decision-making.
