Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Private Wealth Management Asia team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transformation agenda of the business by developing solutions along with our technology and functional groups to generate value and targeted business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic and tactical solutions for Client Portfolio Accounting, including establishing project scope, defining business needs, and providing recommendations on system and process enhancements and data governance design.
  • Build/enhance client report system platforms and manage end-to-end project tasks from feasibility study to implementation support.
  • Evaluate project performance post-implementation and resolve any production issues.
  • Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Prepare project communication materials, monitor deliverables and dependencies, and act as chair for working groups.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, finance, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of practical experience in project management, preferably in banking and/or finance change management.
  • Knowledge of client statements, system and process enhancements, and data governance design.
  • Experience in Agile development practice is a plus.
  • Strong project management, people management, influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
