Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state and specialty standards.

You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and documentation as ordered by medical providers.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate action.
• Provide exceptional care by responding to patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Associate Degree
• Basic Cardiac Life Support or CPR (within 30 days of employment start date)
• 2 years of experience required
