The Product Delivery Business Analyst (Associate Manager / Manager) plays a critical role in delivering successful product launches across multiple platforms.
You will be accountable for key product launch deliverables, from requirements definition through user acceptance testing and post-deployment verification.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Delivery & Launch Execution
- Support and monitor end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives, ensuring timely implementation with high quality.
- Lead product launch discussions with stakeholders, providing direction and proposing solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise scope and changes, ensuring agreed launch timelines are not compromised.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks and issues with clear recommendations.
Business Analysis & Solution Management
- Lead the documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and business rules with clarity and completeness.
- Discuss, evaluate, and align alternative solutions with Technology and relevant stakeholders.
- Review and validate requirements to ensure readiness for development, testing, and implementation.
Testing, Defect & Quality Management
- Translate and review business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, conditions, and expected results for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Accountable for UAT planning, execution, coordination, and sign-off, ensuring proper documentation.
- Track outstanding defects and work closely with Technology teams to ensure timely resolution within agreed timelines.
- Organise, prepare, and lead defect checkpoint discussions to drive accountability and closure.
Implementation, Training & Post-Launch Activities
- Perform post-deployment verification.
- Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
- Lead or facilitate stakeholder training sessions where required.
Continuous Improvement, Innovation & Governance
- Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and delivery efficiencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to product launch SOPs, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Coach, guide, and mentor team members to support continuous learning and professional growth.
- Provide oversight and quality assurance on team deliverables to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Promote a strong delivery culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and accountability.

Education
