The GA Development Senior Executive is responsible for supporting the coordination of business planning, performance tracking, and GA development program execution under the guidance of the direct manager and within the overall agency distribution strategy.
The role supports data consolidation, maintains consistency of planning information across relevant platforms, tracks GA performance against plans, and helps identify gaps or issues for management review.
This role provides operational, reporting, and coordination support while building business understanding and functional capability for future progression into broader managerial roles.
Job Responsibilities
A. GA Program Enablement & Execution Support
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on progress, performance, and activities of Executive+ and other GA Development programs; set up and maintain tracking systems (Excel, Power BI, shared dashboards) for KPIs, milestones, participation status, and outcomes.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and documentation of calculation logic and data structures used for program tracking and evaluation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and auditability of data across reports.
- Coordinate program-related communications including timelines, instructions, schedules, and reminders; support preparation of program materials, decks, and summaries under the direction of GA Development Senior Manager to ensure consistent and timely information flow.
- Support planning, coordination, and logistics for workshops, bootcamps, meetings, and business activation activities under Executive+ and other GA Development programs; track attendance, completion, and post-program follow-up actions.
B. GA Business Planning & Performance Management
- Support and coordinate key activities in the GA business planning cycle, including target input collection, phasing preparation, tracking updates, and document consolidation, in alignment with guidance from the GA Development Program Lead and Agency distribution priorities. Maintain consistency of GA targets, assumptions, and tracking information across relevant platforms such as dashboards, reporting files, and program tools. Track GA performance against agreed plans and highlight variances for further review by management.
C. Performance Analysis & Corrective Action
- Assist in preparing structured performance analysis on GA results and program conversion, including data cleaning, trend checking, comparison against agreed KPIs, and summary preparation. Help identify observable gaps, lagging indicators, or potential execution risks based on available data, and escalate key findings to the manager for validation. Support the follow-up and tracking of agreed corrective actions once decisions have been made.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Agency Distribution, sales performance support, program coordination, reporting, or business operations
- Strong exposure to end-to-end agency operations including performance reporting, recruitment, activation, and business management
- Experience supporting the execution of agency development initiatives or programs such as Executive+
- Potential to build functional expertise and gradually expand scope of responsibility over time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- High adaptability and ability to work across multiple functions and priorities
- Solid understanding of agency operations and salesforce management cadence
- Good accountability, attention to detail, proactiveness within assigned scope, and continuous improvement orientation
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
