Team Lead - Delivery Stations

Amazon is seeking Team Leads for our transportation team, specifically for our Delivery Stations. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management, and driving the operational plan.

Key job responsibilities:

• Quickly understand business issues and challenges of Transportation operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement
• Map business requirements, understand business processes, study and analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications
• Be data-driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience
• Deep dive and acquire extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems

A day in the life:

• Monitoring performance of the program daily
• Own network compliance score for the associated accounts
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve partners' escalations

Basic Qualifications:

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience in an operational role
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
