Analyst Relations

We're hiring an analyst relations manager for ElevenAgents in North America. The ideal candidate will have experience building an analyst relations function from the ground up, preferably in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with analysts from top firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC
• Develop a narrative that showcases ElevenAgents' market position and competitive advantage
• Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings
• Create a cadence of communication with analysts, including newsletters, check-ins, and event presence

Requirements:

• Experience running or building an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology
• Direct, hands-on experience taking a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave
• Ability to shape category narrative for a company with multiple product lines
• Comfortable prepping executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings
