The role involves:
- Providing strong operations and guest experience skills
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Setting and maintaining visual presentations
- Supporting guest services
- Working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales and delivering a guest-ready floor pad
- Executing visual standards and promotional signing
- Maintaining product availability and a full floor pad
- Supporting price change processes
- Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
Requirements:
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical demands include lifting up to 44 pounds and working in varying temperatures
