Description
Join our team in the M&S Café in Carlisle as a Customer Assistant. You'll work part-time, flexible hours including Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00-15:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly. You'll use digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently, maintaining impeccable food safety standards while juggling orders and queues.
