On Premise Executive (Musketeer)

We are seeking an experienced On Premise Executive, also known as a Musketeer, to join our team in Córdoba, Argentina. As a Musketeer, you will be the face of our brand and a key consultant in the On Premise sector, including bars, restaurants, events, and clubs. Your main goal will be to drive current and future sales of our products and enhance our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and strategic partners
• Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and its products within your network
• Be a credible, trustworthy, and expert representative of Red Bull in the On Premise sector
• Provide premium brand experiences and executions
• Develop innovative strategies to achieve your objectives and expand your territory
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success
• Identify new sales opportunities and marketing occasions for Red Bull

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the nightlife or similar industries
• Basic knowledge of the On Premise market and industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think strategically
• Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
• Analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends
• Basic knowledge of iOS and MS Office
