Experience Design Director - EA Sports Network

Electronic Arts is seeking an Experience Design Director to lead the design and user experience of the EA SPORTS Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the design principles, reusable experience systems, and connected fan journeys that bring together individual games such as Madden NFL, FC, and College Football into a cohesive EA SPORTS ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the long-term vision for connected EA SPORTS experiences across console, mobile, web, and companion applications
• Create consumer-first design principles that prioritize the fan journey
• Author and drive long-term experience design roadmaps that support future portfolio growth and platform capabilities
• Map and refine end-to-end fan journeys that connect multiple EA SPORTS experiences
• Establish, govern, and evolve scalable design systems, UI/UX toolkits, and reusable interaction models
• Partner with senior leaders to build a user-centered development lifecycle where design, technology, and business goals align
• Lead collaborative experience workshops and build alignment around shared consumer experiences
• Explore and prototype next-generation interaction models, including AI-enabled personalization and spatial design
• Leverage user research, player data, and design workflows to continuously iterate and elevate experiences

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading UX, Product Design, Experience Design, or Creative Direction for large-scale digital consumer ecosystems or entertainment products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating unified, multi-platform design systems and seamless consumer journeys
• Experience leveraging AI in prototyping and creative or design concepting
• Proven ability to balance high-level creative strategy with operational execution and governance
• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, advanced prototyping tools, and modern collaborative design workflows
• Exceptional executive storytelling, visual communication, and presentation skills
