Duly Health and Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their outpatient team in Woodridge, IL.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
As a Physical Therapist at Duly, you will have the opportunity to build your practice with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, with no double booking or required marketing.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.
The base salary ranges from $77,000-$110,000, based on experience and qualifications, and this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives.
