Description
We're seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Estate Services Team in South London.
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of our estates. Your tasks will include:
- Collecting litter and leaves
- Using petrol and electric tools
- Mowing and strimming grassed areas
- Trimming hedges
- Performing general gardening duties such as digging, planting, weeding, and pruning
- Transporting grounds maintenance equipment using vans and towing trailers
You will represent Clarion and must always be courteous and respectful with our residents, providing helpful assistance.
This role requires you to travel across the region as needed and hold a full valid manual UK driving licence, as you may be required to drive company vehicles for work purposes only.
The position is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
The salary range for this position is £30,784 - £32,926 per annum, with a 40-hour workweek on a fixed-term contract ending 2nd April 2027.
