Logistics Coordinator III - Auto Development Center

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator III to support the New Model project at our Auto Development Center in Raymond, Ohio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting logistics activities across manufacturing, quality, production, and suppliers to achieve on-time delivery targets to internal and external customers, including the Japan organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Logistics Sr. Specialist in shipping white bodies, prototype units, and production parts from New Model trial events
• Coordinating domestic and international transportation modes
• Preparing export/import documentation and fulfilling hazmat requirements
• Checking design change levels and aligning with logistics to build schedules
• Preparing vehicles for handover to couriers
• Supporting the New Model Engineering Project Manager in managing trial event unit requests and production instructions
• Identifying, tracking, and resolving critical trial event concerns
• Facilitating the management of shipping/logistics problem item documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or community college degree
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
