Senior Consultant Specialist（Senior Frontend Engineer/Lead）

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Own and drive the frontend delivery for AI Platform web experiences, including translating requirements into scalable UI features, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring consistent user outcomes across releases.
• Define, maintain, and continuously improve frontend quality baselines, CI/CD quality gates, and release readiness criteria.
• Design and implement robust frontend architecture and reusable component frameworks.
• Analyse frontend performance and runtime behaviour.
• Establish frontend engineering standards, reusable patterns, best practices, and governance for UI quality.
• Support build-out of new AI platform capabilities in the UI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess release risks and provide engineering insights for production readiness decisions.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

• Strong experience (5yr+) building modern web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Demonstrates an AI-native mindset.
• Experienced in leveraging coding assistants.

What additional skills will be good to have?:

• Experience building frontend experiences for AI/ML platforms.
• Understanding of UX and performance risks in AI-enabled products.
• Experience with observability and monitoring for web applications.
• Experience working effectively with cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of API integration and traffic/security patterns.
• Familiarity with release governance and environment management.
• Experience building reusable frontend frameworks.
• Relevant certifications or structured training in frontend engineering.
