As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our store in Grays, welcoming customers and providing a fun shopping experience. You'll use product knowledge to offer recommendations, perform demos, and hand out samples. Working closely with your team, you'll drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming store environment
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised recommendations
• Delivering exceptional customer service using in-depth product knowledge
• Assisting in hosting in-store events
• Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor
• Supporting sales targets by promoting products creatively
• Managing stock levels efficiently
• Participating in ongoing training and development
