Business Operations Associate

As a Business Operations Associate at Roblox, you will be a key data expert, solving analytical problems, driving operational insights, and communicating solutions to the senior team.

You will help define and drive strategic, operational, and organisational optimisations across the company, focusing on user growth, engagement, monetisation, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an analytical role, such as investment banking or management consulting, and a strong understanding of finance and public markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on Roblox's business model
• Develop the annual strategic and financial plan
• Track key operating metrics across the company
• Work with various departments to optimise performance and growth opportunities
• Create materials to communicate strategic priorities and findings to senior management
• Prepare monthly reports for management and the Board of Directors
• Collaborate with the CFO and VP, Finance on key operational and financial issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering, economics, or finance
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and other business intelligence tools
• Strong investigative and logical skills
