Description
We are seeking a qualified Gardener to join our Facility Management Team at our Elsbethen location. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for the independent care of plants and outdoor areas.
The successful candidate will have:
- Several years of relevant experience in gardening and/or landscaping
- Completed training as a gardener, florist, or equivalent – or corresponding work experience
- Good German language skills, English language skills are beneficial
- Class B driver's license, ideally with BE
- Experience and enjoyment in caring for indoor plants, green spaces, and outdoor facilities
- Responsibility for plant care including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and general maintenance
- Safe handling of common devices and machines as well as willingness to operate a communal machine
- Willingness to perform winter services, snow removal, leaf work, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks
- Enjoyment of varied outdoor work, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility
Our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries and are significantly above the minimum salary specified.
