Physical Therapist- Outpatient Ortho/Neuro

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Atrium Health Lincolnton. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing care plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to help them achieve their functional goals.

Essential Functions:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
• Gather and interpret data from medical records, physician reports, and patient interactions
• Establish functional goals with patients and provide evidence-based interventions
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and other clinical staff
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift patients, equipment, or supplies up to 50 pounds
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking required
• Occasional climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, bending, crouching, crawling, and reaching overhead
• Adequate hearing, vision, and cognitive skills for job duties

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
