We are seeking a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our guests and ensuring that our stores are running smoothly.
Job Summary As a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member, you will be responsible for stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent guest service, working efficiently as part of a team, and delivering on sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest inquiries
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and business priorities
- Adapt to current technology needs and learn new systems
- Resolve guest questions quickly and effectively
- Maintain attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Climb up and down ladders as needed
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
