Intern Porsche Experience Centre Singapore (PEC)

We are seeking an intern to join our Porsche Experience Centre Singapore (PEC) team. As an intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and implement processes, supporting the Event Sales & Marketing team in preparing proposals, coordinating customer events, and assisting with on-site event execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teams to foster strong teamwork and operational efficiency
• Supporting the Event Sales & Marketing team in proposal preparation, event coordination, and on-site execution
• Proposing innovative ideas to improve project outcomes and encouraging a culture of creativity and continuous learning
• Running small, independent sub-projects or pilot initiatives under guidance
• Preparing project status reports, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinating with project management agencies and consultants
• Applying AI-driven tools and analytical skills to support project implementation
• Contributing to process improvements and enhancing productivity
• Assisting with managing project resources and schedules

To be considered, you should:

• Be a Bachelor's/Master's student in areas such as Business Administration, Economics with Marketing, or related fields
• Have fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
• Have knowledge of AI tools and technologies
• Be open-minded, organised, analytical, and quality-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be available for a full-time internship of six months, commencing Dec/Jan 2027
