Description

We are seeking a dedicated lead to anchor our Warsaw office, serving as the 'go-to' person for the Warsaw team, driving the office and culture.

As our Warsaw Workplace Experience, you will be responsible for:

Being the primary point of contact for the local team and new joiners, welcoming people to the space and ensuring everyone feels at home
Managing daily logistics, including post, communal areas, meeting room readiness, and vendor coordination
Driving the vibe of the space through snack and coffee selections, team lunches, birthday celebrations, and social rituals
Supporting events and visitors, including AI hackathons and evening meetups

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong operational expertise in managing high-visibility offices
Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management and vendors
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Proactive and forward-thinking approach with a proven ability to anticipate needs and implement new processes
Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment
