As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales goals
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
In this role, you will be expected to work part-time hours, with set shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Due to operational requirements, you may be required to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
