Description
We're looking for a Strategy Manager to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating hypotheses and identifying issues across entire problem streams
- Structuring and solving complex problems using existing knowledge and networks of deep expertise
- Conducting high-quality analyses and selecting effective analytical approaches
- Developing compelling insights from complex analysis and synthesizing key conclusions
- Effectively communicating findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering teams
- Balancing contributing to multiple topics simultaneously and supporting both strategy leads and business analysts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interest in motorsports and performance vehicles
- Leader within Ford with demonstrated thought leadership and subject matter expertise in problem-solving
- Comfort with ambiguity and desire to build organizations and develop people
- Proven experience leading high-impact cross-functional projects at a global scale
- Inherently curious, analytically inclined, and love solving problems
- Understanding of automotive industry dynamics, trends, company operations, and managerial accounting
- Track record of challenging the status quo and bringing creative solutions to complex issues
- Love teaching and mentoring colleagues
Preferred qualifications include:
- Master's degree or MBA from a top institution
- Prior experience leading strategy projects or large-scale programs/projects
- Prior experience in a professional services firm

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value.
