Trade Marketing and Category Internship spring 2027

This internship offers the opportunity to join the Category & Trade Marketing team at Red Bull Norway AS in Oslo and gain hands-on experience in shopper insights, data analysis, and trade marketing.

The internship is designed for Bachelor's or Master's students who can complete an internship as part of their degree. You will support the team with analysis and day-to-day tasks, helping turn data and insights into action. You will also get exposure to how Category & Trade Marketing works closely with Sales and Brand to create strong in-store execution and bring plans to life.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and highlight market trends in the retail and beverage world
• Support the creation or updating of relevant insights and content/presentations to support the growth of the Energy Drinks category and Red Bull
• Transform data into clear, actionable insights for the Category and Trade Marketing team
• Support category management projects in cooperation with retail customers
• Assist with planogram updates, space reviews, and total space planning initiatives
• Assist in the creation of compelling one-pagers and sell stories for Field Sales teams
• Support the coordination and execution of 360 trade marketing initiatives across key retail partners
• Ensure materials and tools are aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives

Requirements:

• Advanced MS-Office skills, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Organized, good communication skills, and team player
• Passionate for the Red Bull Brand and its products
• Able to simplify complex information, with project management capacities
• Curiosity, creativity, and proactivity
