Associate Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Produce playtest emails, panel messages, community updates, and localisation-ready versions for players
• Create newsletters, leadership presentations, and channel content
• Use generative AI to refine content and build templates
• Bring fresh ideas to open briefs and share progress

Requirements:

• Portfolio showcasing range across presentations, layouts, player-facing work, video, or motion
• Hands-on generative AI experience in creative production
• Adapt voice and tone for players, leadership, and teams across EA
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent, plus video and motion tools
• Genuine interest in games and their communities

Education:

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in Communications, Media, Design, Audiovisual Communication, or a related creative field
