Description
As a Senior Arbetsmiljöingenjör at SKB, you will ensure that workplace safety follows SKB's management system and regulations. You will participate in contractor design and production, support project and program managers on workplace safety issues, and drive initiatives in areas such as training and risk analysis.
The role involves continuous presence on contractor work areas and close collaboration with contractors during safety rounds and production meetings. When not on site, tasks include investigations, design, technical decisions, and reporting on workplace safety.
Requirements include:
- Academic-level technical education or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of production experience in contracting
- At least 3 years of experience as a workplace safety coordinator or similar
- Documented education in workplace safety for construction work
- Experience in a leading role in the construction industry is advantageous
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
