Description
Join W Hotel Hong Kong as an Assistant Chief Engineer. This role supports the Assistant Director of Engineering in achieving departmental goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory and support services to the Assistant Director of Engineering.
- Assist in preparing Strategic Business and Operating Plans.
- Prepare monthly forecasts and reports on departmental performance.
- Manage assigned capital projects from design to commissioning.
- Analyze and maintain records related to utility costs.
- Supervise the Maintenance Request System and oversee the Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant and equipment.
- Perform general room and preventative maintenance inspections.
- Report current issues and events to the Assistant and Director of Engineering.
- Implement training programs and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in hotel business operations, including mechanical, electrical, or architectural maintenance.
- Qualifications in engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) and Construction Industry Safety Card.
