Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have conversations with customers in German. You will listen carefully, think along, and resolve questions about orders, delivery, or payments. Your goal is to ensure every customer hangs up with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer conversations in German, without standard scripts
- Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and find the best solution for the customer
- Handle difficult customer questions or resistance
- Flexibly help customers from your own workspace, Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 23:59

Requirements:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken), verified through a language test and role-play
- English writing skills required
- Availability on Saturdays or Mondays required
- At least 18 years old on your first working day
- Able to be at Rotterdam Centraal within 90 minutes
- Stress-resistant and able to handle resistance in conversations
