Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement, Innovation and Digitalization: Assist the Manager in driving process enhancement, workflow optimization and digitalization initiatives across GAM. Support the implementation of operational improvements, standardization and scalable business solutions to improve customer and employee experience.
  • Audit, Incident Management and Operational Control: Coordinate audit activities, PRISM updates, incident reporting and remediation tracking. Support issue resolution and follow-up actions to minimize operational disruptions and improve risk awareness across GAM.
  • Risk Management, Governance and Compliance: Support risk management activities, governance reviews, compliance monitoring and business process reviews. Assist in maintaining effective internal controls, record retention practices, customer data protection measures and system access governance.
  • Training, Communication and Feedback Management: Support staff communication, training coordination and knowledge sharing. Engage customers, distributors and colleagues to gather feedback and identify service improvement opportunities. Foster positive working relationships through open communication and collaboration.
  • Business Support, Vendor Management and Administration: Provide operational, vendor and administrative support across policy administration, claims, network management and hotlines. Assist with agreement administration, performance monitoring, reporting and project coordination while maintaining a positive service mindset and willingness to support evolving business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • 5–7 years of experience in individual medical, group medical and group life insurance industry with exposure and management in underwriting, policy administration, claims, projects and operational vendor management.
  • Experience of nursing practice in hospital setting and exposure in agency environment is an advantage.
  • Familiar with insurance market trends, industrial rules and practices.
  • Possess leadership quality with ability to manage, motivate, guide and influence the team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels.
  • Open-minded, adaptable and receptive to new ideas, changes and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and willing to take ownership beyond assigned responsibilities when needed.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, collaboration and a willingness to go the extra mile to support colleagues and business objectives.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
