Roofing Sales Representative

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service.

Job Overview As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments
• Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
• Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
• Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service
• Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes
• Maintain a high level of communication and organization as a Sales Representative

Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment

• Expected Earnings: $50,000-80,000 (commission-based structure with no upper limit)
