We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead transformation and drive performance at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility.
Job Overview As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a critical leadership role responsible for shaping culture, driving performance, and impacting the quality and efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can excel and feel empowered.
- Champion workplace safety, enforcing regulations and promoting a culture of vigilance.
- Drive operational excellence, meeting or exceeding production targets, and taking ownership of team performance.
- Prioritize critical tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and address safety and quality issues promptly.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals.
- Utilize data to reduce downtime and quality defects, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive innovation.
- Resolve conflicts fairly and effectively, building strong relationships with your team and partners.
- Champion accountability, managing performance and ensuring fairness.
- Collaborate with team members, the union, and management to continuously improve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).

Salary
- Salary grade 7: $86,600-$144,900 per year.
