Maintenance Supervisor (Midnight Shift 11PM - 7AM)

We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead transformation and drive performance at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility.

Job Overview As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a critical leadership role responsible for shaping culture, driving performance, and impacting the quality and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data to reduce downtime and quality defects, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive innovation.

• Champion accountability, managing performance and ensuring fairness.
• Collaborate with team members, the union, and management to continuously improve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).

Salary

• Salary grade 7: $86,600-$144,900 per year.
