Job Details:

- Salary: $112,000 per year
- Anticipated weekly hours: 40

Fellowship Program Description: The program is set in a revolutionary value-based care model, which rewards healthcare companies for the quality of their care, not the quantity. During the program, fellows spend time building their own patient panel, learning from multiple preceptors, and engaging in didactic content.
Responsibilities:
- Build a patient panel and work with a multidisciplinary team
- Learn from experienced preceptors and engage in didactic content
- Develop skills to become a confident and competent clinician
Requirements:
- Family, adult, or adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioners who graduated or will graduate between May 2025 and December 2026
- Minimum of one year experience working as an adult RN within the last five years
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP/PA program
- Passed or in the process of passing NP board examinations
- Currently holds or will hold an active, non-probationary state NP license
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
