Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remarkable service to customers, making sure they feel valued every time they shop with us.
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods.
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Be flexible and adapt to changing demands of the retail environment.
Work Pattern:
- Monday 12:00 - 17:15
- Tuesday 12:00 - 17:15
- Wednesday 12:00 - 17:15
- Thursday 12:00 - 17:15
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
