Description
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is ready for customers, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the store for the day ahead by restocking shelves and ensuring the workspace is tidy
- Collect and move stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor
- Work across different parts of the store, including chilled and frozen areas
- Use equipment, handsets, and digital systems to complete tasks accurately and safely
- Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues when needed

Availability:
- Part-time, fixed-term role with 27.75 contract hours per week
- Shifts planned within the following availability window: Sunday 21:00-07:00, Thursday 20:00-07:00, Friday 20:00-07:00, Saturday 21:00-07:00
