Associate Renewals Manager, India

GitLab is seeking an Associate Renewals Manager to manage a portfolio of customer renewals end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in executing basic renewal processes independently and have been introduced to more advanced scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals tracking key dates and driving them to on-time closure.
• Have real, consultative conversations with customers throughout the renewal cycle to understand their needs and identify expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.
• Analyze moderately complex renewal situations and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve blockers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/renewals system for forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in executing basic renewal processes independently.
• Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
