As the Global Mobility Coordinator, you will be responsible for business travel compliance at Anthropic , business visas, posted worker and social security obligations, and documentation that get our people across borders , together with the entity transfers that move employees between our legal entities as the company grows. You will also support the rest of our mobility programs: relocations, international assignments, and short-term placements, along with the project work that comes with them as they grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own business travel compliance cases end to end, including business visas, PWD, and Social Security registration.
  • Support employees through relocations and assignments, initiating cases with providers, tracking progress, and answering questions.
  • Execute entity transfers end to end, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for global mobility questions, providing answers and escalating novel issues.
  • Hold providers to their commitments, identifying potential issues and communicating effectively.
  • Take on project work as our programs grow, handling exceptions, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working in global mobility, with personal ownership of cases.
  • Relentless responsiveness, treating employees and colleagues with care and attention.
  • Ability to explain complicated concepts simply and clearly.
  • Focus on improving processes and increasing efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with entity transfers, business travel compliance, PWD filings, or Social Security notifications.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, or Jira.
  • Hands-on experience using Claude or other LLM tooling.
  • Experience at a rapidly growing startup.

Logistics

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Required field of study: Relevant to the role.
  • Minimum years of experience: Correlates with internal job level requirements.

Compensation

The annual compensation range for this role is $135,000-$180,000 USD.
