Description
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, working through the night shifts on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 21:00 to 05:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be at the frontline of our retail operations, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth. You should be digitally confident, able to use our digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
