HSBC México is seeking a Talent Generator Commercial Advisor to work at the Lindavista branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the customer experience through specialised attention, focusing on their service needs, advice, promotion, and sale of products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and advice
- Promote and sell products to customers
- Refer customers to the correct platform or window for special operations
- Operate the queue system and migrate customers to digital channels
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
