Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our FC Mobile Shanghai studio team. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our mobile games and services.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement new features, and improve overall system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable, reliable systems
• Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production environments
• Work closely with teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, operations, or technical support role
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and distributed systems
• Proficiency in languages such as Go, Python, or Java
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-driven monitoring and automation tools
• Knowledge of large language models and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with Electronic Arts' technology stack and tools
